Hello, this is my website. I made this because I wanted it. I'm not exactly good at this, so please excuse how the site looks. Anyway, it's common to have an 'about me' on one of these so here we are. I was born at the dawn of the 21st century, and as such I look both to the future and the past with a disconnected fascination. I'm an American, and so my point of view is biased and limited as a result. I believe that it is natural to feel that wherever you are from is more important than other places and time periods throughout history. I try my best to work against that, but it is not possible to view the world objectively. I believe that through all of history, the best possible time to be alive is now. That being said, I do hold a particular interest in cold war era America (particularly in the late 1960s and early 1970s). I don't particularly care about the politics, but rather the people and culture of the time. This is likely due to the fact that the cold war era ended just before I was alive, and yet we are still feeling its effects today. You could argue we never left the cold war, but that is another discussion. I'm sure you still know next to nothing about me, but that's arguably a good thing.
